Here are some of the questions we are asked about Fly N High Media and our company.
1. Are your Pilots Certified?
All our pilots are FAA Part 107 Certified.
2. Are you insured and what certifications do you hold?
We are insured and can provide a copy of our insurance policy, we also
have worker compensation, and Osha 10 for construction.
3. How safe is your drone operations?
We operate with Safety being number 1 and we operate under the FAA guide lines. We take all the necessary precautions to ensure the safety. If there are any unsafe circumstances, we will not fly the drone.
4. Can you operate your drone anywhere?
No, we follow all FAA air space regulations and in restricted class of airspace we will obtain a waiver and permission from the FAA and the control tower in the area if need be.
5. Who pulls the FAA waivers and local permits?
All FAA waivers are pulled by Fly N High Media. Any local permits will be obligation of the company hiring us. All fees will be paid by the company who hired Fly n High Media.
6. How long can the Drone be in the Air?
Each Drone has different flight times. The average is around 22 mins. All depends on how hard we are flying the drone, the weather conditions, and distances from launching site. However, we do carry
enough batteries, and we have a generator and other power packs to
do on site charging.
7. Are you able to perform work drone work and ground video / photography on the same day?
Yes we have the capabilities to capture the right footage using different types of equipment.
8. How does payment work and how is the final edited project delivered?
We accept Checks, Credit Cards, and Cash. Once a Job Bid is accepted on both parties, Fly N High Media LLC will send an electronic Docusign email that both parties can sign. After this is signed,
Fly N High Media LLC will need a deposit of half of the total job amount. This covers the initial expense to fly the Drones, video the
content, and whatever expenses that will need to be paid out to
complete the project. Once the filming is complete, the editing
starts. Fly N High Media will send the edits with a locked water
mark across the video or photos. Once the final project is compete,
and the client is satisfied with results, final payment will be due.
The final project will not be released nor any watermarks removed
until payment is paid in full.
